All draft applications in the system will be deleted at 19:30 on 28 Jun 2024 due to changes in the law of divorce which take effect on 1 Jul 2024. Should you wish to continue your current draft application for divorce, please do so and submit it for filing by 19:00 on 28 Jun 2024. You will need to restart the application otherwise. This eService will not be available from 19:30 on 28 Jun 2024 until 00:01 on 1 July 2024.
